Individual Registration

4 easy ways to register as an individual:

1. Online (until May 10 - midnight)
2. Drop off your registration form to:

   Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation
   Suite 1502 College Plaza
   8215 - 112 Street
   Edmonton, AB   T6G 2C8

   1. Must be received by May 10

   2. Cheques payable to the Forzani Foundation
      ($20 surcharge will be applied to all NSF Cheques)

3. Mail your registration form to:

Team Registration

1 easy way to register as a team:

1. Online (until May 7 - midnight)
   
   
   1. A Team is a minimum of 6... no maximum
   2. Team can be a combination of Walkers, Runners or Wheelchair participants
   3. Team Captain must register first
   4. Once the Team Captain for your Team has registered he/she will receive a confirmation email with a team password
   5. Your Team Captain will supply the team name & password for additional team members to register online

Registration Fees

No charge for children 5 years of age and under
