The 10 km & 5 km course is STFA certified. The start is located within the parking lot directly south of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport (main entrance) on the University of Regina's main campus. The route leaves the parking lot from the west entrance of parking lot #14 and continues along University Drive to Wascana Parkway. Following the Parkway northward, the route turns east on Wascana Drive and continues along the park road to the turnaround point just west of the Douglas Park track. The return follows the same route in reverse.

The 2 km fun walk has the same start and the route will be sign posted. Mascots will lead this walk.
